Message	I don't know why you can't access it through your ISP, and I had/have no way to know what ISP's can or cannot access it. All I can do is ask you to be patient and, hopefully, eventually your ISP will be able to access the server just like the others that already can. The server is online and I am now painfully aware that at least some (most?) ISP's can access it but not all.
